2010/2011 Goals

The 2010-2011 academic year is bringing with it many opportunities for growth at Shannon Forest Christian School (SFCS). On Tuesday, August 31, I had the chance to discuss some of these goals for development with our parents, faculty and staff. Thank you to everyone who was able to be at the presentation. Your support is so critical to the success of the Shannon Forest community; it is what sets us apart from other private schools.

Our school is founded upon the base of Biblical truth; we can build upon nothing else. Our pillars of support are Academics, Athletics, Fine Arts and Community Service. It is within these areas that we have the opportunity to develop the academic and character growth of our students. It is our goal this year to remain relevant in our innovation and teaching practices—we are educating our students not for today, but for the future.

We understand that enrollment at Shannon Forest is a large commitment and we in turn are committed to you and your family. We strive to supply your student with the tools, advantages, experience and support to leave our school not only prepared, but enabled for success.
