neelykathyKathy Neely has been serving as Lower School Administrator at Shannon Forest Christian School (SFCS) since 2005.  Mrs. Neely received her Bachelor of Education from Slippery Rock University in Pennsylvania and her M.Ed in Educational Leadership from Regent University in Virginia.  She holds South Carolina certification in Elementary, Early Childhood, and Elementary Principal.

Prior to her time at Shannon Forest, she served as an elementary teacher and later as principal at Eden Christian Academy in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. 

She and her husband, Vaughn have three grown sons living in Greenville, Raleigh, and Pittsburgh, and Maddie, their black lab.  They worship at Christ Community Church in Simpsonville.  In her spare time, she enjoys reading, spending time with her family, and going to the beach.

A favorite Bible verse is from Philippians 2:10 – 11.

That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, in heaven and on earth and under the earth, and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.
