Plan To Attend The General PTF Meeting

PTF NEWS STORIES

This informative meeting is for all SFCS Parent/Teacher Fellowship (PTF) Members, non-members and faculty regarding
the role of PTF at SFCS. It will include an overview of its 2007-2008 accomplishments and the plans that are being made
for 2008-2009. The following agenda will be followed:
Opening Prayer & Welcome by Head of School Brenda Hillman
-PTF as a vital school organization
-Introduction of the administration
-Introduction of David Ballinger
-Introduction of board members and brief statement on the role of the school board and
their support of PTF.
-Introduction of Pat Perkins
Pat Perkins – Current PTF President
-Introduction of PTF Board members
-Overview of projects undertaken…thank you to volunteers
-Report on stewardship
-Preview of upcoming projects
-Survey reminder
-Volunteerism registration
Entertainment by Upper School & Lower School Groups
Closing Prayer
A Recognition and Appreciation Social for 2007-2008 volunteers will be held following the meeting in the
Lower School Multi-purpose Room.
