FIVE Steps TO ADMISSION:

Students will be considered for enrollment at Shannon Forest Christian School upon the completion of the following steps:

1. Parent/Guardian should request a packet of information regarding your child’s specific grade.
   
   Lower School (PK3 - 4th Grades)

2. Please call or email admissions to schedule a tour of our campus.
   
   PK3 – 4th Grade Tours:

3. Please submit the following information:
   
   - Application Form
   - Application/Testing Fee ($100)
   - Copy of Student’s Immunization Record
   - Copy of Student’s Birth Certificate
   - Copy of Student’s Social Security Card
   - Copy of Custody Decree (if applicable)

- Copy of Attendance and Discipline Records

      (past year and current)

- Pastoral/Youth Pastor Reference

      (28k PDF downloadable form)
- Standardized Test Results (past two years)

      for 2nd – 12th Grade Students
- Report Cards (past two years and current)

      for 2nd – 12th Grade Students

- Two Teacher Recommendations (past or present school)

      (15k PDF downloadable form)

Note: Testing may be required for students entering K – 12th Grades.

Upon completion of your file, SFCS will contact you to arrange a formal interview with the appropriate administrator.

4. During the formal interview, SFCS will gather information regarding your child’s personality and learning needs. You will be asked to share your profession of faith and may then ask any additional questions.

5. Parent/Guardian should submit the Enrollment Fee:
   ($400 for one child, $500 total for two or more children)
   
   Shannon Forest Christian School accepts students regardless of race, gender, national or ethnic origin.
