Refer A NEW Family And Save!

SFCS is offering a special savings for current families who refer new families to our school. The following savings can be applied to the 2nd Semester of the 2010/2011 SFCS school year for both the current and referred family:

1. $250 to any SFCS family that refers a new family & $125 to the new family – offer expires on
   July, 30, 2010.
2. $250 to any SFCS family that refers a new family AFTER July, 30, 2010
   (also to be applied to 2nd semester).

Five Steps To Admission:

Students will be considered for enrollment at Shannon Forest Christian School upon the completion of the following steps:

1. Parent/Guardian should request a packet of information regarding your child’s specific grade.

2. Please call or email our Admissions Department to schedule a tour of our campus:

3. Please submit the following information:
   
   -  New Student Application (113.61 Kb) 
   - Application Fee ($100)
   - Copy of Student’s Immunization Record
   - Copy of Student’s Birth Certificate
   - Copy of Student’s Social Security Card
   - Copy of Custody Decree (if applicable)
   - Copy of Attendance and Discipline Records (past year and current)
   - Standardized Test Results (past two years)
   2nd – 12th Grade Students also include:
   - Report Cards (past two years and current)
   - Two Teacher Recommendations (55.03 Kb)  (past or present school)

Note: Testing may be required for students entering K – 12th Grades.

Upon completion of your file, SFCS will contact you to arrange a formal interview with the appropriate administrator.

4. During the formal interview, SFCS will gather information regarding your child’s personality and learning needs.

5. Parent/Guardian should submit the Enrollment Fee:
   ($400 for one child, $500 total for two or more children)
   
   Shannon Forest Christian School accepts students regardless of race, gender, national or ethnic origin.
