Where to Begin the Process

Five Steps To Admission:

Students will be considered for enrollment at Shannon Forest Christian School upon the completion of the following steps:

  1. Parent/Guardian should request a packet of information regarding your child’s specific grade.

  1. Please call or email our Admissions Department to schedule a tour of our campus:

  1. Please submit the following information:
     
    - New Student Application (573.70 Kb) 
    - Application Fee ($150)
    - Copy of Student’s Immunization Record
    - Copy of Student’s Birth Certificate
    - Copy of Student’s Social Security Card
    - Copy of Custody Decree (if applicable)
    - Copy of Attendance and Discipline Records (past year and current)
    - Standardized Test Results (past two years)
    2nd – 12th Grade Students also include:
    - Report Cards (past two years and current)

Note: Testing may be required for students entering K – 12th Grades.

Upon completion of your file, SFCS will contact you to arrange a formal interview with the appropriate administrator.

  1. During the formal interview, SFCS will gather information regarding your child’s personality and learning needs.
  1. Parent/Guardian should submit the Enrollment Fee:
    ($450 for one student, $250 for each additional student)

    Shannon Forest Christian School accepts students regardless of race, gender, national or ethnic origin.

SFCS Re-Enrollment Is Easy As 1-2-3!

Shannon Forest families can now re-enroll students for the 2012-2013 school year through our Parent Web Program in THREE EASY steps!

1. Go to the Enrollment/Re-enrollment area of Parent Web
(Need help getting there?  Log on to Parent Web, click Family Information, click Enrollment/Re-enrollment, check the box next to your student’s name, verify information as you scroll through each page – click Next button when page is complete, continue to the Finish page until you receive the message that Re-enrollment is complete)
2. Click on the Enrollment Contract below, print and complete the easy, one-page form
3. Return with Re-Enrollment Fee of $300/ student to Shannon Forest Christian School
