Kara Wheeler teaches Middle School English at Shannon Forest Christian School (SFCS). She earned a Bachelor of Science, English and Education from Cumberland College in Williamsburg, Kentucky.
Kara brings over eight years of experience to the classroom having taught four years of High School English in Greenville County and four years of 7th Grade Language Arts in Hoover, Alabama.
Kara has been married to husband Tom for 13 years. They have two sons; Chase who is 10 and Sam, age 8. Both sons attend SFCS. Kara enjoys reading, gardening, running and playing tennis. Her favorite Bible verse is: Hebrew: 11:1:
