Kristi Carden is a Guidance Counselor at Shannon Forest Christian School.  She graduated from Mercer University in Macon, Georgia in 1994 with a BA in Communication, Sociology and English.  In 1997, Kristi graduated from Covenant Theological Seminary in St. Louis, Missouri with an MA in Counseling.

She is originally from Gainesville, Florida, but after graduate school and living for a couple of years in St. Louis, Kristi and her husband Cliff moved to Greenville in 1999 to be on staff as youth ministers at a local church.  Kristi has been married for 15 years and is the proud mother of three boys who attend Shannon Forest: Seth (5th Grade), Eli (2nd Grade) and Creed (1st Grade).

In addition to working at Shannon Forest as a counselor, Kristi also has a private counseling practice called "Created To Bloom."  She loves reading, camping, singing and traveling. Her favorite Bible verse is Isaiah 43: 1-3.

Do not fear, for I have redeemed you; I have summoned you by name; you are mine.
