2010/2011 Registration Forms

The following is a list of forms required for the Shannon Forest Christian School (SFCS) 2010/2011 school year. In an effort to streamline copying and postage costs, these forms should be accessed via the SFCS website. You will not receive a Registration Packet in the mail. Please print and complete the forms below and bring them to SFCS Registration Day on Friday, August 13th.

While a limited amount of blank forms will be available on August 13th, those arriving with the required set of completed forms will be "expressed" through the registration lines. Thank you for your cooperation and we look forward to an exciting 2010/2011 school year!
