IMPACT - 7th-12th Grades
- Students partner with local non-profit organizations to complete service projects throughout the school year.
- Student involvement is key in the planning, problem solving and evaluation of the program, its beneficiaries and the projects to be completed throughout the year.
- The focus of Impact is on the cooperation with other schools, churches and organizations with an end result of impacting the community for Jesus Christ.
- Students also explore and pursue involvement in international and national opportunities to make an impact on the world.
- Impact students mentor younger SFCS students on the L.I.F.E. commitment to service and Christian love in our community and beyond.

2011/2012 IMPACT Service Dates Scheduled
SFCS students in 7th-12th Grades will participate in four, IMPACT group service days throughout the 2011/2012 school year. These service days will be held in partnership with local, non-profit agencies. In order to participate, a PARENTAL PERMISSION FORM FOR SERVICE-LEARNING DAYS form must be filled out completely, signed and turned in to D'Anne Weaver - Service-Learning Coordinator. If a student misses an IMPACT Service Day – those hours must be made up through an individual service project and documentation of hours served must be submitted.

8:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m. Work day
1:30 p.m. - 2:00 p.m. Lunch
2:15 p.m. - 2:45 p.m. Share with CONNECT class
2:45 p.m. - 3:15 p.m. Debrief with IMPACT leaders
