Jessica Cain teaches Upper School English at Shannon Forest Christian School (SFCS). She graduated from Clemson University with a major in English Literature, minor in Journalism and is working to complete postgraduate courses in Secondary Education. Mrs. Cain also received certification to teach AP Literature from the College Board Institute at University of Austin at Texas.
Mrs. Cain and her husband, a former Furman football player, have one daughter. One of her interests is running and Mrs. Cain has completed six triathlons, including the New York City Triathlon and two half-marathons. She also enjoys spending time with her two sisters and one brother, her niece and four nephews. She is the daughter of WYFF/TV4 weatherman Dale Gilbert. Her favorite Bible verse is Proverbs 16:3...
