sellarsjulieJulie Sellars teaches the F.O.C.U.S. Program at Shannon Forest Christian School (SFCS) for Lower School students who qualify for gifted education instruction.  Julie earned her BA in Elementary Education from USC, and a M.Ed. in Gifted Education from Converse College.  She brings 23 years of experience to SFCS and has taught on our campus for the past 16 years.  

Mrs. Sellars, a Greenville native, has three daughters, all of whom attended Shannon Forest from K5 through 12th Grade.  She is member of Mauldin United Methodist Church and has a passion for short term mission trips.  Julie has traveled eight times to Peru, once to Tanzania on summer mission trips.  She is also active in choir, Sunday School and committee work.

Julie loves to spend time with friends and family and holds regular game nights. Her favorite Bible verse is Proverbs 3:5 & 6...
