Karmen Dennis teaches 5th Grade in Shannon Forest Christian School (SFCS). She graduated with a BS in Elementary Education with a minor in Psychology from Auburn University where she also earned an athletic scholarship in Gymnastics. Mrs. Dennis has also taught 6th Grade English and Social Studies in her past positions and has two years of teaching experience.
Mrs. Dennis and her husband, Chris are members at Destiny Church in Simpsonville where she enjoys teaching the 4-year-old Sunday School class.
In addition to spending time with her dog, Jane Doe, Mrs. Dennis enjoys reading, cooking, shopping, exercising, and hanging out with her family – especially at the beach for the summer! Chris and Karmen are HUGE Auburn football fans, too.
Her favorite Bible passage is Jeremiah 29:11 (NIV)...
