Molly Spurgeon teaches 1st Grade at Shannon Forest Christian School (SFCS).  She holds a Masters in Education from UNC at Greensboro and majored in Spanish/Education from Meredith College.  Molly brings 25 years of experience to her classroom and has taught at SFCS for the past 16 years.  She is trained in Gesell School Readiness Screening and also in Orton Gillingham  

Molly has one son, Thomas, who is a junior at SFCS.  She is a member of Woodruff Road Presbyterian Church, PCA where she has served as a Sunday School teacher, nursery volunteer and has been involved in Vacation Bible School.  

Her interests are serving at SFCS and enjoying motherhood. Molly’s favorite Bible verse comes from Genesis 15:1...
