Don't Miss The Upcoming SFCS Founder's Day Celebration of 40 Years of Service!

SHANNON FOREST CHRISTIAN SCHOOL
SPETEMBER 26th, 2008

The 2008 school year marks the 40th Anniversary of Shannon Forest Christian School (SFCS) and it is time to celebrate! SFCS and Shannon Forest Presbyterian Church (SFPC) will host a Founder's Day celebration on Friday, October 17, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.

This special day will also include Grandparents' Day activities for Lower School families!

The Anniversary Celebration will include:

  • The opening of the time capsule that was buried on the 25th Anniversary of SFCS. The capsule will be refilled with memorabilia and reburied. -
  • A cake walk will take place at 6:00 p.m.
  • A fantastic balloon release and Birthday cake celebration will begin at 7:00 p.m.

Pre-Order Your Meal TODAY! See Founder's Day Celebration Form below! A delicious dinner will be catered from Henry's Barbeque. The cost will be $5 for a child's plate - 2 chicken fingers, mac & cheese, a cupcake and a drink. An adult plate will be $7.50 - BBQ, chips, slaw, beans, bread, a cupcake and a drink. All food orders must be pre-ordered by Friday, October 10!

Pre-Order Individual Tickets, Too! They will be sold for:

  • Snow cones and popcorn for 40 cents each
  • Balloons for the launch at 40 cents each
  • Cake walk for 40 cents for each try
  • Face painting booth for 40 cents a visit.
