A year ago my family sensed that God was calling us
to a different direction. We prayed for His clarity
in that direction, and now find ourselves in Greenville.
I share words from Henry Blackaby written in Called
and Accountable: “ When you sense God is calling
you, you can never be the same again! You will have
to say, “Yes Lord!” For if you say no at
that moment, He is no longer Lord. For lordship means,
by definition, always a yes.” We said, “Yes,
Lord” and are delighted to become part of the
Shannon Forest family. Please stop in to say hi. I’m
most anxious to meet each of you.
“But one thing
I do: forgetting what is behind and reaching forward
to what is ahead, I pursue as my goal the prize promised
by God’s heavenly call in Christ Jesus.” Philippians
3:13-14.

It’s Almost Time For School Supplies!
Ordering
Lower School supplies is as easy as clicking your computer
mouse! To order the Innisbrook School Supply packs
for Shannon Forest Christian School (SFCS) on line,
simply follow these steps: - Click on www.innisbrook.com - Click on “school supplies” - Click on “back
to school pack” - Click on “my school is
participating” and type in the SFCS school number
- 119766 All packages will be listed by Grade level.
Please note that the packages ordered on line DO NOT
include any SFCS folders or assignment books. These
items may be purchased on Registration Day or after
the school year begins.
- Families who ordered
Innisbrook packets before May 27, WILL receive the
SFCS folders and assignment books.
- For those
families who choose to purchase Lower School supplies
on their own, the complete list is published on pages
11-12 of this edition.
- 6th through 12th Grade
school supply lists are more specific to each class
being taken and will be posted outside each teacher’s
classroom on Registration Day.
SFCS 2005- 2006 Shirts Go POLO!
Students at SFCS will
have a great-looking, collared (polo-type) shirt
in their wardrobe for the coming school year. Collared
shirts with the SFCS logo will be available for order
on Registration Day, Thursday, August 11. These shirts
will be required for all students in Grades PK3 through
the 5th Grades and will be worn on all field trips
and school outings.
