Welcome Back

HEADLINE STORY
Monday, August 7, 2005

Welcome back to Shannon Forest Christian School for the 2005-2006 school year. The beginning of a new school year has arrived, finding Kathy Neely and I both anxious to fill the hallways with chatter. What we see of God’s Save The Date! provision teaches us to trust Him for what we cannot see of His purposes The Lord has certainly provided for SFCS this summer. I must confess that when I first hit my knees last spring pleading for enrollment to stabilize, my faith did not foresee that we would not only hold enrollment numbers but we would also grow in population. Monday, August 15, over 525 students will exit cars and enter our classrooms for the first day of school. Over 130 new students will walk our hallways - a living testament to the Lord’s faithfulness to SFCS.
