SFCS is hoping to sponsor a Boy Scout troop as an extension
of the current Webelos den led by SFCS parent, Robin
Heitman, which is already flourishing at our school. “ The
mission of the Boy Scouts of America is to prepare
young people to make ethical and moral choices over
their lifetimes by instilling in them the values of
the Scout Oath and Law. Scout Oath On my honor I will
do my best To do my duty to God and my country And
to obey the Scout law; To help other people at all
times; To keep myself physically strong, mentally awake,
and morally straight. Scout Law A Scout is: Trustworthy
Obedient Loyal Cheerful Helpful Thrifty Friendly Brave
Courteous Clean Kind Reverent With the formation of
a Boy Scout troop, all levels of Scouting would be
available to our students. If you are interested in
giving your leadership to the future leaders of our
country, and would be interested in assisting with
the formation of a SFCS Boy Scout troop, please contact

2003-2004 Yearbooks Are Here!
This year’s yearbooks
have arrived and they look great! In addition to the
pre-ordered books, Jostens, our yearbook company also
sent plenty of extra copies. If you would like to order
one of these yearbooks, please see Mrs. Susan Bellew
in the Library. All students who pre-ordered a book
will receive it on Thursday, May 20, for yearbook signing
day!
