2004-2005 Bookkeeping Department Changes

ALL SCHOOL NEWS
Monday, May 24, 2004

For years, SFCS Bookkeepers Jonnie Kern and Christine Laird have lent their skills of patience, meticulous hard work and accounting accuracy to our school in what is often a thankless job. It is with much appreciation for their years of service that we announce their departure effective at the end of this school year. Jonnie plans to spend more time at home with her recently retired husband and Christine is unable to fulfill a fulltime position due to other weekly commitments. The Bookkeeping Department will be reorganized to include one full-time person to fulfill the school’s needs. Thank you again, Jonnie and Christine! You will both be missed.

Friday, May 28 Is the Deadline to Order
2004-2005 School Supply Packets!

SFCS is please to once again offer pre-packaged school supplies for the 2004-2005 school year. This has been a great school program. Pre-ordering your child’s supplies eliminates the hassle of shopping for school supplies and the worry about whether you are purchasing the correct items.

Interested? Here’s how it works! 1. Order your child’s school supplies for the 2004-2005 school year. Remember, the deadline is Friday, May 28! 2. Pick-up your child’s supply pack at orientation or on the first day of school. 3. All supplies are name-brand, quality and approved by your child’s teacher. 4. The only supply items NOT included are: Book bags, calculator, NIV Bible and a sock for dry erase boards. PK3 through K5 will also need to bring a change of clothes, a thin, red and blue tri-fold rest mat (may be purchased at Wal-Mart ) and a blanket.
