Junior Class Candy Gram Sale was a SWEET Success!
The SFCS Junior Class is pleased to announce a profit
of $1907.75 was made from this year’s Candy Gram
Sale. Thanks to the “sweethearted” Lower,
Middle and Upper School students and parents who supported
this fundraiser, this year’s prom promises to
be a success. Any funds that remain after the prom
will go to offset the cost of the Junior Class trip
to Washington, D.C. in March. SFCS Juniors cut out,
stamped and placed candy or stuffed animals on over
5,000 valentines, all during their personal free time.
No instruction time was taken to make this event happen.
Their devotion really helped to make this fundraiser
successful. The special messages were delivered by
five cupid moms of our Junior students. SFCS sends
a big thank you to Mrs. Palmer, Mrs. Miller, Mrs. Keown,
Mrs. Schwendler and Mrs. Weekley. A special heartfelt
thank you also goes out to Mrs. Cooper, Ms. Gilbert
and Mrs. Jacobs who guided the Junior Class during
this event. The entire Junior Class extends its gratitude
to the teachers, staff and all of the families that
make up SFCS. You are the people who made this possible.
Thank you!
