Math Team

The Math Department at Shannon Forest Christian School (SFCS) is formulated to build a foundation in Math in students that will prepare them for acceptance to the college of their choice through high classroom grades and SAT scores. This goal continues after graduation as students are also prepared to succeed when enrolled in college.

Students participate in numerous Math competitions throughout the year. The teams are as follows:

• Varsity - 9th through 12th Grade students
• Junior Varsity - 7th and 8th Grade students
• Math Counts – 6th, 7th or 8th Grade students
